Request deletion from the app
- Open Jagarta on your mobile device.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Ajukan hapus akun.
- Confirm the request and add an optional reason.
The app records a deletion request linked to your authenticated account. You can keep using the app until the request is processed.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@jagarta.com from your account email address. If you contact support from a different email, include the account email that should be reviewed.
Data covered
Account deletion covers user-owned Jagarta data such as profile records, financial baselines, accounts, transactions, assets, liabilities, receivables, goals, and derived outputs tied to the account.
Processing note
Some records may be retained only when required for security, dispute handling, legal compliance, or store platform obligations.
